MIA'S CYBERMUSIC WEB PAGE

What is cybermusic?

When I think of cybermusic, I think of it as the latest stop on music's evolutionary timeline. The earliest forms of music were made body alone. Then as times progressed, simple instruments were developed. Next were the more complex instruments and the ability to produce synthesized sounds. Finally, we arrive at the "cyber" aspect of it, which I think has taken music to the next level. No longer do we need a television or radio to see or hear it, a simple interface between human and pc make it possible to experience alost every kind of music up and coming in today's market.

How does cybermusic fit into college life?

Speaking from the perspective of a college student, it is easy to see tht cybermusic is very prevalent on campus. I think just about every student has as some point (during their college career) experienced some form of cybermusic. Due to the fact that less television on average is watched we are more likely to summit to some type of internet music. cybermusic not only serves as an easier way of getting what you want, when you want it, and at no cost, but it offers the entrtainment one needs while using the computer for school related purposes.
